Sunflower Neurofeedback

NeurOptimal® is a Dynamical Neurofeedback® that allows you to train your brain.

There is no diagnosis needed to benefit from training your brain. I will attach sensors to your head and ears. This will read your brain waves. While it is reading your brain waves you will be listening to music. When the machine reads a shift in your brain waves the audio will skip or scratch. This allows your brain to come back to the present moment and notice that it had made that shift. Training your brain can make a big difference in your life. With NeurOptimal® you can do it without any invasive procedures.

Normally this is  a very relaxing experience. You can either watch the monitor as it has abstract artistic designs fill the screen, or you can color while you are having your neurofeedback session. I will have a blanket provided if you would like to wrap up and get cozy during your session as well. This is your time to relax, unwind and allow your brain to do it's work.
